We are extremely pleased to share that Speak Asia is scaling new heights every day. As you already know, Speak Asia panel size has crossed 1.2 Million on 31st March, 2011. This makes our community of sovereign consumers as one of the fastest grown community anywhere in the world. This is a community where over 80% people have benefited and have supplemented their incomes for better standard of life. More and more people are joining as they hear about the success stories of Speak Asia Panelists.

In order to reach out to every corner of the country and keep up the momentum going for offering the opportunity and growth to Speak Asians, the company has an ambitious and innovative strategy. To achieve the desired objectives, Speak Asia has invested heavily in -

• You would have seen an Advertisement Based Survey which was previewed a few weeks ago in the survey list. These Advertisement Based Surveys open up a huge opportunity and long term sustainable income for our Panelists. SpeakAsia has invested heavily in creating Ad Stations for the panelists and creating infrastructure for such a critical application.
• In order to ease the pressure of selling and help our Panelists to increase their business, Speak Asia has hired a huge sales force spanning every district in the country. This sales force will work along with the Panelists in the defined territory and would be responsible for the growth of the business his area.
• Massive advertisement campaign in all forms of mass media ( Print, Television, Digital etc ) is starting in mid April 2011. The print media will cover all major national and regional news papers. In the Television media, prime spots have been booked in GEC, major IPL matches, key news channels. This will generate huge awareness and response from people.
• Speak Asia Gen X Bazaar in Goa commences from 9th May till 11th May which will be attended by over 100 organisation and about 12000 Speak Asians. Company is spending huge amounts to bring in the merchants and Speak Asian together for mutual benefits. You will receive details of this program shortly.
• Last but not the least , all transactions in Speak Asia have attracted service tax of 10.36% which Speak Asia has paid through its master distributors to the Govt of India . This service tax paid was so far absorbed by the company and was not charged from the Panellists. The invoices generated mention the service tax payable @10.36% and hence will have to be charged extra from the Panellist
You would agree that Speak Asia will have to invest heavily in its technological infrastructure for ever growing community as well increasing its visibility through various media communication initiatives.

Keeping above in view, we would like to share that with effect from 20th May 2011, that the Subscription charges for Surveys Online Today E-Zine and Panelist Training stands revised as under:

Attention All Panelist (Bangladesh Only)

As has been advised by the company regarding opening of a personal savings account in Prime Bank the following is required to be done.

* All the panelist have to open a personal savings account in Prime Bank branch nearest to them. You will have to furnish all the documents required by the bank for account opening.
* Opening of the bank account is at the sole discretion of the bank.
* We have come to know that after having received this information the panelists had approached the bank. However the Bank raised a strong objection to people having gone in large numbers. This has resulted into disruption of the operations of the bank.
* All the panelists are requested to understand that this facility has been arranged as an effort to smoothen the remittances for Bangladesh Panelists. If we do not cooperate with the bank, the situation will again become difficult to manage.
* Hence you should decide amongst your team members to reach the bank in a phased manner in small groups with all the required documents so that it is convenient for bank.
* Dear panelists please remember that out of all available options this tie up will only work out if we cooperate with the bank. All team leaders are advised to take a note of the same

Compensation

As soon as you complete your registration, you are immediately eligible for two weekly surveys. These surveys will be shown to you every time you log in.
As a standard panelist you can earn upto 7 reward points every week (364 reward points in a year).
Whereas, as a premium panelist you can earn 20 reward points every week (1040 reward points in a year) for surveys and other activities completed.
You can buy maximum 03 panel centers. You can add upto 09 sub panels on each panel center and maximize your survey income upto 10 times.
DOUBLE INCOME PLAN
Other than survey reward points you can also get referral incentives by referring your friends / family member as panelist
Passive income
You will get 1 reward point per week from the work done by all your personally sponsored standard panelists and 3 reward points per week from the work done by all your personally sponsored premium panelists.
The following table will give you a summarized idea of minimum and maximum incentives earned by you on one survey panel. More survey panels will give you additional incentives in the same ratio.

Active income

Direct income – you will get 10 reward points for standard panel / sub panel and 20 reward points for premium panel / sub panel referred personally.

Team bonus 1– The Team Bonus-1 income is based on the Referral Points generated through the induction of panelist in each Team. A incentive of 20 Reward Points is released whenever you have 200 Referral points in the left team and 200 Referral points in the right team, which is also known as one pair.

Daily ceiling for team bonus-1 is 20 pairs (400 Reward points).
Stronger leg is always carried forward for next day’s incentive calculation.
Team bonus 2 - Whenever you and your team add sub-panels, additional Referral points are generated in your team for team bonus-2 income. Team bonus-2 compensation plan is a table binary which enables you huge income from existing team

Daily ceiling for team bonus-2 is 51200 Referral match points (5120 Reward points).
Standard panel / sub panel will give you 100 referral points where as premium panel / sub panel will give you 200 referral points.
Example
Let us assume that in any particular day you are having 2000 Referral points in your left team and 900 Referral points in your right team through the addition of sub panels. You will be eligible for 80 Reward point as an incentive because you fall in to 2nd table of commission structure, and 1200 Referral points will be carried forward from left team. Weaker leg is flushed out where as the Stronger leg is always carry forward for next day’s incentive calculation

Total daily referral income of a panelist on one survey panel can be upto 5520 Reward Points
(Team Bonus - 1 + Team Bonus - 2) = 400 Reward Points + 5120 Reward Points
1 Reward Point = US$ 1 = Rs. 50= 73 BDT
